《全语通助手》APP（以下简称"全语通助手"）属于深圳双猴科技有限公司(以下简称"我们"或 "公司")的软件产品，我们深知个人信息安全的重要性，也将按照法律法规的规定，采用安全保护措施，保护您的个人信息及隐私安全。因此，我们制定《双猴科 技隐私政策》(以下简称"本 《隐私政策》")并提醒您：在使用我们的产品与/或服务、提交个人信息前，请务必仔细阅读并透彻理解本《隐私政策》，在确认充分理解并同意后方使用相关产 品和服务，本《隐私政策》适用于显示本隐私政策、或链接至本隐私政策的我们的产品与/或服务。我们会遵循隐私政策收集、使用您的信息，但不会仅因您同意本 隐私政策而采用强制捆绑的方式一揽子收集个人信息。 我们非常重视用户个人信息的保护，并且将以高度勤勉和审慎的义务对待这些信息。您在下载、安装、开启、浏览、注册、登录、使用(以下统称"使用")我们的 产品与/或服务时，我们将按照本《隐私政策》收集、保存、使用、共享、披露及保护您的个人信息。我们希望通过本《隐私政策》向您介绍我们对您个人信息的处 理方式，因此我们再次建议您认真完整地阅读本《隐私政策》的所有条款。其中，免除或者限制责任条款等重要内容将以加粗形式提示您注意，您应重点阅读。
本《隐私政策》中所述的我们的产品与/或服务会根据您所使用的手机型号、系统版本、软件应用程序版本等因素而有所不同。最终的产品和服务以您 所使用的我们的产品与/或服务为准。如果您不同意本《隐私政策》的内容，将导致我们的产品与/或服务无法正常运行，我们将无法为您提供完整的产品和服务， 同时也请您立即停止使用我们的产品与/或服务.
本《隐私政策》适用于我们向您提供的产品与/或服务，无论您是通过计算机设备、移动设备或其他终端设备获得我们的产品与/或服务。
本《隐私政策》之目的：
1.我们的产品与/或服务是指公司及其关联方通过合法拥有并运营的、标注名称为“全语通助手”的客户端应用程序，向您提供软件业务服务。
2.关联方是指，因共同所有权或控制权而与公司相关的公司、组织或个人。
3.第三方是指，并非因为共同所有权或控制权而存在相关关系的公司、组织或个人(即非关联公司)或者其他非相关的个人。
4. 控制针对任何一方而言是指：(i)持有该方超过50%的股权，或不足50%但为第一大股东，且其他股东持股较低并不存在一致行动的情形；(ii)通过拥有 该方超过50%的表决权或者通过拥有该方超过50%的表决权的表决代理，或通过有权委派该方的董事会或类似机构的大部分成员，或通过合约安排或其他方式， 能够控制或决定该方的管理或决策；或(iii)能够通过任何方式控制某一自然人的决定。
本隐私政策将帮助您了解以下内容：
1.1本《隐私政策》不适用于以下情况：
1.1.1通过我们的产品与/或服务而接入的第三方服务。(包括任何第三方应用及网站)收集和使用您的个人信息；
1.1.2通过在我们的产品与/或服务中提供广告服务的其他第三方收集和使用您的个人信息。
1.2我们的产品与/或服务中包括或链接至第三方提供的信息或其他服务(包括网站) .该等第三方服务由相关的第三方运营。您使用该等第三方服务(包括您向该等第三方提供的任何个人信息)，须受该第三方的服务条款及隐私政策(而非本《隐私 政策》)约束，您需要仔细阅读其条款。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情况下向他人提供。本《隐私政策》仅适用于我们所收集、保存、使用、共享、 披露信息，并不适用于任何第三方提供的服务或第三方的信息使用规则，我们对任何第三方使用由您提供的信息不承担任何责任。
2.1您向我们提供和我们自动采集的个人信息
2.1.1注册信息。您注册、登录或使用我们的产品与/或服务时填写和/或提供的信息，我们会收集你的昵称、头像、手机号码，收集这些信息是 为了帮助您完成账号注册，保护您帐号的安全。手机号码属于敏感信息，收集此类信息是为了满足相关法律法规的网络实名制要求。若您不提供这类信息，您会无法 正常使用我们的服务。
2.1.2日志信息。当您使用我们的产品与/或服务时，我们会自动收集您对我们服务的使用情况，作为有关日志保存。
2.1.3设备或应用信息。移动设备或应用包含唯一应用程序编号。例如您使用的移动设备、浏览器或用于接入我们的产品与或服务的其他程序所提供的配置信息、设备版本号、设备识别码等。这些信息将用于设备兼容性分析与软件适配，产品的优化与改进，给用户带来更好的产品体验。
2.1.4相机。当您设置个人头像时在获得您的明示同意后，开启相机权限，拒绝提供该信息仅会使您无法使用上述功能，但不会影响您使用其它功能。
2.2当您使用我们的搜索服务时，我们会收集您的搜索关键字信息、设备信息。为了提供高效的搜索服务，部分前述信息会暂时存储在您的本地存储 设备之中。您理解并同意，如您的搜索关键字信息无法单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份，其不属于法律意义上的个人信息，因此我们有权以其他的目的对其 进行使用；只有当您的搜索关键字信息可以单独或结合其他信息识别到您的个人身份时，则在结合使用期间，我们会将您的搜索关键字信息作为您的个人信息，与您 的搜索历史记录一同按照本《隐私政策》对其进行处理与保护。
2.3当您参加我们举办的有关营销活动时，我们根据活动需要会收集您的姓名、通信地址、联系方式。这些信息是您收到转账或者礼品所必要的，如果您拒绝提供这些信息，我们将无法向您转账或发放礼品。
2.4应用正常使用的必要权限和集成的第三方SDK收集的信息
不限于以下应用权限：
（1）“访问设备的照片或媒体”：如APK升级时要下载文件、查找文件和安装APK；本地保存错误日志时也需要存储权限。
（2）“录音权限”：用于对话翻译，获取录音用于语音识别转文字功能。
（3）“位置权限”：用于保存录音记录时，记录位置信息。
（4）“摄像头权限”：用于拍照翻译，拍照获取图片。
（5）“蓝牙权限”：设备基于蓝牙协议与app进行数据交互同步数据。
（6）“内购权限”：用于购买会员增值服务。
（7）“获取设备imei”：用于区分设备唯一性。
（8）集成的第三方SDK的名称、收集的信息及作用明示：com.eg.android.AlipayGphone（支付宝），用于“支付宝”快捷登陆；com.tencent.mm(微信)，用于微信快捷登陆；com.baidu.lbsapi (百度地图)，用于位置定位。
2.5收集及使用前征得授权同意的例外请注意：在以下情形中，收集、使用个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：
2.5.1与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；
2.5.2与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
2.5.3与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接有关的；
2.5.4出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
2.5.5所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
2.5.6从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
2.5.7根据您的要求向您提供产品或服务所必需的；
2.5.8用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
2.5.9法律法规规定的其他情形。
2.6个人信息去标识化/匿名化处理后的使用在收集到您的个人信息后，我们将通过技术手段及时对数据进行去标识化或/和匿名化处理。在不泄露您个人信息的前提下，我们有权对匿名化处理后的用户数据库进行挖掘、分析和利用(包括商业性使用)。
2.7必要的时候，我们会使用您的信息用于身份验证、客户服务、安全防范、诈骗监测、存档和备份用途，努力确保我们向您提供的产品和服务的安全性；
2.8当我们要将信息用于本隐私政策未载明的其它用途时，会事先征求您的同意。当我们要将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的时，会事先征求您的同意。
2.9设备权限调用我们在提供服务过程中，会调用您的一些设备权限。以下是我们调用权限对应的应用权限名称、对应功能以及使用场景或目的。
您可以在设备的设置功能中选择关闭部分或全部权限，从而拒绝我们收集相应的个人信息。在不同设备中，权限显示方式及关闭方式会有所不同，具体请参考设备及系统开发方说明或指引。3.1您理解并同意，当您使用我们的产品与/或服务时，为使您获得更轻松的访问体验，我们会使用各种技术来收集和存储信息，在此过程中会向您的设备发送一个或多个Cookie或匿名标识符。
3.2当您使用我们的产品与/或服务时，我们会利用Cookie和同类技术收取您的信息用于了解您的偏好和使用习惯，省去您输入重复信息的步骤，进行咨询或数据分析，及时发现并防范安全风险。Cookie还可以帮助我们统计流量信息、分析页面设计和广告的有效性。
3.3我们不会将Cookie用于本《隐私政策》所述目的之外的任何其他用途，您可以根据自己的偏好留存或删除Cookie，也可以清除软件或网页中保存的所有Cookie有关详情。
4.1我们会以高度的勤勉义务对待您的信息。在获得您的明确同意后，在第三方有个人信息需求的情况下，我们会与第三方共享您的个人信息。另外，我们会按照法律法规的要求或强制性的政府要求或司法裁定等，与相关的第三方共享您的个人信息。
4.2在获得您的同意后，在关联方有个人信息需求的情况下，我们会将您的个人信息与我们的关联方共享。受限于您在本《隐私政策》中所同意的个 人信息使用方式与目的，我们只会与关联方共享必要的个人信息。关联方如因业务需要，确需超出前述授权范围使用个人信息的，将再次征求您的授权同意。
4.3为实现本《隐私政策》中声明的若干目的，我们的某些服务将由授权第三方提供。我们会与此等授权第三方共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好 的客户服务和用户体验。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供该等服务所必要的个人信息。授权第三方无权将 共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。
4.4您同意我们与如下授权第三方共享信息：
4.4.1软件服务提供商、智能设备提供商或系统服务提供商。当第三方软件、设备、系统与我们的产品与/或服务结合为您提供基于位置的服务 时，我们会基于您对系统定位的授权及设定，收集您的位置信息及相关设备信息(例如硬件型号、操作系统版本号、国际移动设备身份识别码(IMEI)、网络设 备硬件地址(MAC) )并提供给前述提供商，特殊情境下会包含您另行填写的其他信息。如您拒绝此类信息的收集及使用，您可以在设备系统中进行设置或关闭提供服务的软件。
4.4.2广告服务提供商。未经您授权，我们不会将您的个人信息与广告服务提供商进行共享。但我们会将难以识别您个人身份的用户画像标签与广 告服务商共享，以帮助其在不识别您个人身份的前提下提升广告有效触达率。例如，只有在广告主同意遵守我们的广告发布规范后，我们才会告诉广告主他们广告的 效果如何，或者有多少人看了他们广告或在看到广告后安装了应用，或者向这些合作伙伴提供不能识别个人身份的统计信息(例如"女性，25-29岁，位于北 京")，帮助他们了解其受众或顾客。
4.5对我们与之共享您个人信息的第三方，我们会对其数据安全能力与环境进行调查，与其签署严格的保密协定，并要求他们按照您同意的方式和目的、依据本《隐私政策》以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理您的个人信息。
4.6随着我们业务的发展，我们及我们的关联方有进行合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易，如涉及个人信息的转让，我们会要求受让您个人信息的公司、组织继续接受本隐私政策的约束，否则，我们将要求该公司、组织重新征求您的授权同意。
4.7未经您本人事先同意，我们不会向除公司及其关联方外的任何第三方，共享您的个人信息，下列情形除外：
4.7.1事先获得您的明确授权同意；
4.7.2您自行向第三方共享的；
4.7.3与国家安全、国防安全、公共安全、公共卫生、公共利益直接相关的；
4.7.4根据适用的法律法规的要求、强制性的行政和司法要求所必须的情况下进行披露或提供，或与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关 的。在符合法律法规的前提下，当我们收到前述披露信息的请求时，我们会要求对方必须出具与之相应的法律文件，如传票或调查函。我们将对所有的请求都进行审 慎的审查，以确保其具备合法依据，且仅限于行政、司法部门因特定调查目的有合法权利获取的数据；
4.7.5在法律法规允许的范围内，为维护"双猴科技"其他用户、公司及其关联方的生命、财产等合法权益或维权产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必 需的，例如查找、预防、处理欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险等(不包括违反本《隐私政策》中所做的承诺而为获利目的对外公开或提供个人信息) ；
4.7.6从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
4.7.7法律法规规定的其他情形。
4.8我们不会将您的个人信息转让给除我们及其关联公司外的任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：
4.8.1事先获得您的明确授权或同意；
4.8.2满足法律法规、法律程序的要求或强制性的政府要求或司法裁定；
4.8.3如果我们或我们的关联公司涉及合并、分立、清算、资产或业务的收购或出售等交易，您的个人信息有作为此类交易的一部分而被转移，我 们将确保该等信息在转移时的机密性，并尽最大确保新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同 意。
4.9我们仅会在以下情况下，公开披露您的个人信息：
4.9.1获得您的明确同意；
4.9.2基于法律法规、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求下。
4.10共享、转让、公开披露个人信息时事先征得授权同意的例外在以下情形中，共享、转让、公开披露个人信息无需事先征得个人信息主体的授权同意：
4.10.1与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的
4.10.2与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
4.10.3与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；
4.10.4出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开的个人信息；从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。
4.11软件开发工具包(SDK)。SDK技术由与我们合作的第三方机构提供，我们仅能知悉其要求获取授权的权限。第三方机构将会需要收集您的信息，我们仅能知悉其明确向我们披露的要收集的敏感信息。
5.1信息存储的地点。我们依照法律法规的规定，将在境内运营过程中收集和产生的您的个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内，如需跨境传输，我们将会单独征得您的授权同意。
5.2存储期限。为了您能够使用我们的产品与/或服务以及有效处理产生的争议，除满足《网络安全法》对于数据留存的强制性要求外，数据存储期 间为二十年。在超过上述期限后，我们会对您的信息进行删除或进行匿名化处理(即会对您的个人信息进行处理以使您的身份无法被任何第三方识别) .如果我们更改数据存储时间，会另行提前通知您。在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品和服务，并根据您的要求，删除您的个人信息或做匿名化处理，法律 法规另有规定的除外。
5.3停止运营。如果我们终止服务或运营，我们会至少提前三十日将停止运营的通知以逐一送达或公告的形 式通知到您，并及时停止收集您的个人信息。在终止服务或运营后对我们所持有的您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，同时会要求委托第三方处理的个人信息终止 合作并按照协议删除或匿名化您的个人信息。为更好的保障您的权益，我们将提供给您下载、拷贝和销毁您的个人信息的渠道，为保障安全，您需要提供书面请求， 或以其他方式证明您的身份。
5.4安全措施
5.4.1我们非常重视您个人信息的安全，将努力采取各种符合业界标准的合理的安全措施(包括技术方面和管理方面)来保护您的个人信息，防止您提供的个人信息，防止数据被不当使用或被未经授权的访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏、丢失或泄漏。
5.4.2我们会使用加密技术、匿名化处理等合理可行的手段保护您的个人信息，并使用受信赖的保护机制防止您的个人信息遭到恶意攻击。
5.4.3我们会建立专门的安全部门、安全管理制度、数据安全流程保障您的个人信息安全。我们采取严格的数据使用和访问制度，确保只有授权人员才可访问您的个人信息，并适时对数据和技术进行安全审计。
5.4.4尽管已经采取了上述合理有效措施，并已经遵守了相关法律规定要求的标准，但请您理解，由于技术的限制以及存在的各种恶意手段，在互 联网行业，即便竭尽所能加强安全措施，也不能始终保证信息百分之百的安全，我们将尽力确保您提供给我们的个人信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术，或管理 防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。您知悉并理解，您接入我们的服务所 用的系统和通讯网络，有因我们可控范围外的因素而出现问题。因此，我们强烈建议您采取积极措施保护个人信息的安全，包括但不限于使用复杂密码、定期修改密 码、不将自己的账号密码等个人信息透露给他人。
5.5我们会制定应急处理预案，并在发生用户信息安全事件时立即启动应急预案，努力阻止该等安全事件的影响和后果扩大。一旦发生用户信息安全 事件(泄露、 丢失等)后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和会发生的影响、我们已经采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的 建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以推送通知、邮件、信函、短信等形式告知您，难以逐一告知时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同 时，我们还将按照相关监管部门要求，上报用户信息安全事件的处置情况。
5.6我们谨此特别提醒您，本《隐私政策》提供的个人信息保护措施仅适用于我们的产品与/或服务。一旦您离开"双猴科技"及相关服务，浏览或 使用其他网站、服务及内容资源，我们即没有能力及义务保护您在我们的产品与/或服务之外的应用、网站提交的任何个人信息，无论您登录或浏览上述软件、网站 是否基于"双猴科技"的链接或引导，我们对此不承担任何法律责任。
双猴科技尊重您对您个人信息的权利。以下列出您依法享有的权利，以及我们将如何保护您的这些权利。请注意，出于安全考虑，在处理您的请求前， 我们会验证您的身份。对于您合理的请求，我们原则上不收取费用。但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求，我们将视情况收取一定成本费用。如果处理您的请求需要 付出高额的成本或存在其他显著的困难，在您同意的前提下我们将向您提供其他替代性方法，以保护您的合法权益。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段(例如， 需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际的请求，我们会予以拒绝。此外，如果您的请求直接涉及国家安全、国防安 全、公共卫生、犯罪侦查等和公共利益直接相关的事由，或者会导致您或者其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害，我们会无法响应您的请求。
6.1被告知权：我们通过公布本隐私政策以向您告知我们如何处理您的个人信息。我们致力于对您信息的使用的透明性。
6.2访问权：您可以在我们的产品或服务界面中直接查询或访问您的个人信息。如果您无法自行查询或访问您的个人信息，或在行使数据访问权过程 中遇到任何问题，您可以通过联系我们的官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】要求进行访问，您也可以要求获取您的个人信息副本。
6.3更正权：当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误或不完整时，您有权要求我们做出更正或进行补充。对于您的部分个人信息，您可以在产 品或服务的相关功能页面直接进行更正、修改。对于暂未向您提供自行修改渠道的个人信息，您可以通过联系我们的官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】要求更正或补充您的个人信息。
6.4删除权：当您发现我们违反法律、行政法规的规定或者本隐私政策的约定收集、使用您的个人信息的，有权要求我们删除相关个人信息。您可以通过联系我们的官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】要求我们删除或匿名化您所提交的个人数据。
6.5撤回同意权：每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成(见本隐私政策"我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息"部分)。对于额外收集 的个人信息的收集和使用，您可以随时给予或收回您的授权同意。若您收回您的授权同意，我们将无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务。当您撤回同意 后，我们将不再处理相应的个人信息，但您撤回同意的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方式改当您 撒回同意后，我们将不再处理相应的个人信息，但您撤回同意的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方 式改变您授权我们继续收集个，人信息的范围或撤回您的授权。如果你在行使撤回同意权过程中遇到任何问题，您可以通过联系我们的官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】。
6.6注销权：您可以通过"全语通助手”客户端进入APP后->点击"个人中心"（图标）->点击“设置”-"注销帐号"来进行注销帐 号。在您注销帐号前，我们将验证您的个人身份、安全状态、设备信息，您知悉并理解，注销帐号的行为是不可逆的行为，一旦您注销帐号，我们将停止为您提供相 关服务，并依照您的要求删除有关您账号的一切信息或做匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。
6.7投诉权：您有权通过拨打【0755-86702274 】联系在线客服投诉，我们会尽快响应您的请求。如果您对我们的答复不满意，特别是我们的个人信息处理行为损害了您的合法权益，您还可以向网信、公安、市监等监管部门]进行投诉或举报，或向有管辖权法院提起诉讼。
6.8您的信息有以下情形之一时，按照法律法规要求，我们会无法响应您的更正、删除、注销信息请求；
6.8.1与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
6.8.2与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益等有关的；
6.8.3与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和执行判决等有关的；
6.8.4有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的；
6.8.5响应您的请求将导致您或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的；
6.8.6涉及商业秘密的；
6.8.7其他法律法规规定的情形。
7.1对于可以被识别为儿童个人信息的数据，我们将严格按照《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》等法律法规的要求收集、使用或披露儿童或未成年人的个人信息。
7.2若您为未成年人，在使用相关服务前，应事先取得您的监护人的同意，并在监护人监护、指导下共同阅读本《隐私政策》。
7.3您在注册帐号或使用服务的过程中，需要填写一些必要的信息。若您为十四周岁以下儿童，在填写前请取得您的监护人的同意，并在监护人的陪同下对相关信息进行填写。
7.4我们设立的官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】，凡涉及儿童个人信息保护相关事宜我们将会有专人负责对接。我们还会制定儿童个人信息保护的内部专门制度。
7.5我们将尽会运用各种安全技术和程序建立完善的管理制度来保护未成年人个人信息，以免遭受未经授权的访问、使用或披露，但仍需注意，任何安全措施都不是完全可靠的。
7.6若您是未成年人的监护人，当您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有相关疑问时，请拨打官方客服热线： 【0755-86702274 】联系我们的数据保护官，我们会尽快响应您的请求。
7.7更多信息可查看
为了给您提供更好的服务，我们的产品与/或服务将不时更新与变化，我们会适时对本《隐私政策》进行修订，该等修订构成本《隐私政策》的一部分 并具有等同于本《隐私政策》的效力。但未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您依据当前生效的本《隐私政策》所应享受的权利。本《隐私政策》更新后，我们会在"全 语通助手"平台(即移动应用程序客户端)发出更新版本，并在更新后的条款生效前适当的方式提醒您更新的内容，以便您及时了解本《隐私政策》的最新版本。
对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知并重新征得您的同意(我们会通过包括但不限于邮件、短信、私信或在浏览页面做特别提示等方式，说明《隐私政策》的具体变更内容)
本《隐私政策》所指的重大变更包括但不限于：

“Dosmono Assistant” APP (hereinafter referred to as “Dosmono Assistant”) is a software product of Shenzhen Double monkey Technology Co., Ltd. 2.1 Personal data you provided to us and we collected automatically
2.1.1 Registration information. The information you fill in and/or provide when you register, log in or use our products and/or services, we will collect your nickname, avatar and mobile phone number to help you to complete account registration and protect the security of your account. Mobile phone number is sensitive information, it is collected to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on real-name Interest access. You will not be able to use our services if you fail to provide such information.
2.1.2 Log information. We will automatically collect the information on your use of our services when you use our products and/or services, which will be saved as a relevant log.
2.1.3 Device or application information. A mobile device or application has a unique application number. For example, configuration, device version number or device identifier provided by your mobile device, browser or other programs used to access our products and/or services. This information will be used for device compatibility analysis and software adaptation, product optimization and improvement, to bring users a better product experience.
2.1.4 Camera. You must give your express consent to enable the camera permission when setting your avatar, refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above function, but will not affect your use of other functions.
2.2 We will collect the information on your search keywords and devices when you use the search service of “Dosmono Assistant”. In order to provide efficient search service, part of this information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device. You understand and agree that, if your search keywords cannot identify you alone or in combination with other information, they are not personal data defined by laws, we have the right to use them for other purposes; we will treat your search keywords as your personal data only if they can identify you alone or in combination with other information, which will be processed and protected together with your search history in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.3 We will collect your name, mailing address and phone number according to the needs of the activities when you participate in the relevant marketing activities organized by us. This information is necessary for you to receive the monies or gifts, we will not be able to transfer the monies or deliver the gifts to you if you refuse to provide this information.
2.4 The necessary permissions for the normal use of the application and the information collected by the integrated third-party SDK
Not limited to the following app permissions:
(1) "Access to the device's photos or media": such as downloading files, finding files and installing APKs when APK is upgraded; storage permissions are also required when saving error logs locally.
(2) "Recording permission": used for dialogue translation, and the recording is obtained for the function of speech recognition to text.
(3) "Location Permission": It is used to record location information when saving recordings.
(4) "Camera Permission": It is used to translate photos and get pictures.
(5) "Bluetooth permission": The device exchanges data with the app based on the Bluetooth protocol to synchronize data.
(6) "In-app purchase authority": used to purchase member value-added services.
(7) "Get device imei": used to distinguish device uniqueness.
(8) The name of the integrated third-party SDK, the information collected and its function are clearly indicated: com.eg.android.AlipayGphone (Alipay), used for "Alipay" quick login; com.tencent.mm (WeChat), used Quick login on WeChat; com.baidu.lbsapi (Baidu map) for location positioning.
2.5 Exceptions to authorization or consent prior to collection and use: please note that it is not required to obtain your prior authorization or consent for collecting and using your personal data if:
2.5.1 it is directly related to national security or national defense security;
2.5.2 it is directly related to public security, public health or vital public interests;
2.5.3 it is directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of judgment;
2.5.4 it is used for the protection of your or other persons' life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
2.5.5 it is disclosed to the public by you;
2.5.6 it is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legal news report, government information publicity and other channels;
2.5.7 it is necessary to be collected for providing you with products or services at your request;
2.5.8 it is necessary to be collected for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detection and handling of faults in products or services;

2.6 Use of personal data after de-identification/anonymization: we will de-identify or/and anonymize your personal data after collection in a timely manner through technical means. Without revealing your personal data, we have the right to exploit, analyze and utilize (including commercial use) the anonymized user database.
2.7 We will use your information for authentication, customer service, security, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes, when necessary, to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
2.8 We will use your information to better understand how you access and use our services through data analysis, to respond to your personalized needs, such as language settings, location settings, personalized assistants and instructions, etc.
2.9 Please note that unless you delete or refuse our collection and use through system settings, all personal data you provide when using our products and/or services will be continuously authorized to be used by us to the extent consistent with this Privacy Policy during your use of our products and/or services. Upon cancellation of your account, we will stop providing you with our products and/or services, delete or anonymity your personal data at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
2.10 Your prior consent will be obtained when we wish to use the information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy. Your prior consent will be obtained when we wish to use the information collected for a specific purpose for any other purpose.
2.11 Device permissions call: We will call part of your device permissions when performing the services. The followings are the corresponding application permission names, corresponding functions, and usage scenarios or purposes.
You may choose to close all or any of the permissions in the settings of your device to refuse us to collect the corresponding personal data. Different devices have difference permission display methods and closing method, please refer to the instructions or guidelines of the device and the system developers for details.
3.1 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with an easier access experience when you use our products and/or services, we will use various technologies to collect and store information, and will send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device in this process.

4.4.1 Software service providers, smart device providers, or system service providers. When third-party software, devices or systems are combined with our products and/or services to provide you with location-based services, we will, under your authorization and setting of system positioning, collect your location information and related device information (such as hardware model, operating system version number, international mobile equipment identity (IMEI), network device hardware address (MAC)) and provide them to the above providers, it may include other information that you fill in separately under special circumstances. You may make a corresponding setting in the system or disable the relevant software if you refuse the collection and use of such information.
4.4.2 Advertising service providers. We will not share your personal data with advertising service providers without your authorization. However, we may share the persona tags that are difficult to identify you with advertising service providers to help them improve the effective reach rate of advertisements without identifying you. For example, we inform advertisers how effective their advertisements are, or how many people watch their advertisements or install apps after watching their advertisements, or provide them with statistical information cannot identify individuals (such as "female, 25-29 years old, based Beijing") only after they agree to comply with our advertising specifications, to help them understand their audiences or customers.
4.5 We will investigate the data security capability and environment of the third parties with whom we share your personal data, sign a strict confidentiality agreement with them, and require them to process your personal data in the manners and for the purposes agreed by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

4.7.5 to the extent permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to be shared to safeguard the life, property and other legitimate rights and interests of other users of “Dosmono Assistant”, the Company and its affiliates, or maintain the safe and stable operation of products or services, such as detecting, preventing or handling frauds and other illegal activities, and reducing credit risks (excluding disclosure or provision of personal data for profit in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy);
4.7.6 it is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legal news report, government information publicity and other channels;
4.7.7 other circumstances as prescribed by laws and regulations.
4.8 We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or person other than us and our affiliates, except where:
4.8.1 we obtain your prior express authorization or consent;
4.8.2 it is transferred as required by laws, regulations and legal proceedings, or mandatory government requirements or judicial rulings;

4.10.4 it is used for the protection of your or other persons' life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent; it is the personal data disclosed by the relevant person to the public; it is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legal news report, government information publicity and other channels.
4.11 Software Development Kit (SDK). The SDK technology is provided by a third-party institution that we cooperate with, and we are only aware of its request for authorization. The third-party institution will need to collect your information and we are only aware of the sensitive information it has explicitly disclosed to us to collect.
5.1 Information storage location. We will store your personal data collected and generated during our domestic operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations, and we will obtain your authorization or consent separately if cross-border transmission is required.
5.2 Storage period. In order to enable you to use our products and/or services and effectively resolve disputes arising therefrom, your personal data will be stored for a period of twenty years, in addition to meeting the mandatory requirements for data retention under the Cyber Security Law. Upon expiration of the above period, we will delete or anonymize your information (i.e. your personal data will be processed to make you cannot be identified by any third party). We will inform you in advance of any change in the storage period. Upon cancellation of your account, we will stop providing you with our products and/or services, delete or anonymity your personal data at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
5.3 Termination of operations. If we terminate our services or operations, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance in the form of one-by-one notice or announcement and stop collecting your personal data in a timely manner. We will delete or anonymize your personal data in our possession after the termination of our services or operations, and will also procure the third parties we engaged for processing of personal data to terminate the cooperation with us and delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the relevant agreement. In order to better protect your rights and interests, we will provide you with channels to download, copy and destroy your personal data, you are required to submit a written request or otherwise prove your identity for security purpose.
5.4 Security measures
5.4.1 We attach great importance to the security of your personal data and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical measures and management measures) to protect your personal data, and prevent your personal date from improper use or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or leakage.
5.4.2 We will protect your personal data by reasonable and feasible means such as encryption technology and anonymous processing, and prevent your personal data from malicious attacks by a trusted protection mechanism.
5.4.3 We will establish a special security department, security management system and data security process to ensure the security of your personal data. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to your personal data, and conduct a security audit on data and technologies when appropriate.
5.4.4 Notwithstanding the above reasonable and effective measures have been taken and the standards required by relevant laws and regulations have been complied with, please understand that due to the limitations of technologies and the existence of various malicious means, it is impossible to guarantee the 100% security of information in the Internet industry even if we do our best to strengthen our security measures, but we will strive to ensure the security of the personal data you provide to us. We will collect, use or disclose the personal data of children or minors only when it is permitted by laws and regulations, we have obtained the express consent of their guardians or it is necessary to be collected for protecting rights and interests. 5.1 Information storage location. We will store your personal data collected and generated during our domestic operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations, and we will obtain your authorization or consent separately if cross-border transmission is required.
